How long does delivery take?

We aim to send out your order within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For UK orders, standard delivery takes 2-3 working days from dispatch or you can choose to add next day delivery for an additional charge.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can. The website can currently accept orders from the EU, USA and UAE. If you are interested in ordering from a different country, please contact us to discuss the shipping options.

Can I send your clothes as a gift?

Of course! All our orders are tissue-wrapped and sealed, and our delivery notes don’t include prices. You can also choose to include a gift message on the delivery note.

What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any item you aren’t completely happy with, for any reason at all. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.


How do you choose which clothes to stock in your store?

We look for originality, quality and practicality. Our aim is to give parents more choice than the often repetitive colours and stereotyped designs you find on the High Street and in traditional baby boutiques. We love unisex prints, and we firmly believe colour has no gender. We want to support other small businesses who are daring to be different to the mainstream. 


I own/ run a baby & toddler clothing brand - how do I become a supplier?

We love to hear from potential new suppliers. Please email with an overview of your brand and a link to your website, and we’ll be in touch soon.


What age range do you stock?

We stock clothes in sizes between newborn to 3 years. As we have a wide range of brands, not all clothes are available in all sizes. However, simply choose the age range from the top nav to see everything available for that age.  


Can I feature your store on my blog or social media?

Of course - please just tag us so we can join in the conversation! If you are a blogger and would like to collaborate, dm us via your preferred platform (we’re on Facebook and Instagram).


The item/ size I am looking for is out of stock - when will you get more stock?

We aim to restock our store regularly. However, because we work with small batch manufacturers, we can’t always guarantee stock availability. If there’s a particular item you’ve got your eye on, contact us and we’ll let you know when or if we’ll be getting more in (and even tell you when it arrives, if you’d like!).


Are you VAT registered?

Yes, we are registered for UK VAT, number 379 9531 33.


Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are online only. However, we have a UK warehouse where we store all our clothes, send out orders and receive any returns.


How can I be sure my payment is secure?

We use Stripe to process payments via our website by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Stripe is used by millions of companies of all sizes, including household names like and Deliveroo, to securely send and receive payments online. At no time do we receive, process or hold your payment details.
