UK Delivery Options
We aim to send your order out within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after midday on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched as soon as possible on Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - delivery in 2-3 working days from date of dispatch (including Saturdays)

Next day delivery
DPD - next working day after date of dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

You’ll be given an estimated one hour time slot for the delivery.
If it’s not convenient, you can reschedule or notify the courier where to drop your parcel (for example with a neighbour).

We offer delivery to the 27 countries of the EU for 8 euros per order, or FREE if you spend above 65 euros. Shipping will be added automatically at the checkout when you enter your address.
We send all our orders by Royal Mail international delivery. For orders with a value above 35 euros, we will send the clothes by registered mail so you will need to sign for them. European deliveries normally take 3-5 working days from the date we send your package (unfortunately this isn't guaranteed).
International excluding Europe
We charge a fixed fee of £15 for registered international delivery by Royal Mail, or FREE if you spend over £95. Delivery normally takes up to 7 working days from the date we send your package. Currently, we have the US and UAE set up for international orders - please get in touch with us via our contact form if you would like to place an order outside these countries.
Important note: We send all packages from our UK warehouse. While we will complete all customs declarations, we cannot guarantee the receiving country will not impose taxes or duties.
We are confident in the quality of all our clothes, and we offer a no-quibble returns policy.
If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with any item you’ve ordered, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return it to us. We will refund you the full price you paid for it provided it is still in the same condition as you received it. By this, we mean it hasn’t been worn (other than to briefly try on), washed or marked in any way. Please don’t remove any attached tags or labels until you are sure you want to keep the clothes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage and packaging costs unless the item is defective.
Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return. If you have a customer account with us, you can also do this quickly and easily online. We aim to process any returns within a week of receipt but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
